These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pahtaya ("pahtaya," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pahtaya website located at pahtaya.org, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized versions, and any related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the pahtaya Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

These Terms are effective as of the date of your first use of the Platform and shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of your use of the Platform and any period thereafter as specified herein.

To be eligible to register and use the pahtaya Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. pahtaya strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to be registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction that you have voluntarily requested through pahtaya's responsible gaming tools.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of pahtaya or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

pahtaya reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by pahtaya may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access the full range of pahtaya's services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active pahtaya account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited. pahtaya employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current and accurate at all times.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pahtaya login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pahtaya will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify pahtaya immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. Contact our 24/7 support team via live chat for immediate assistance.
• Know Your Customer (KYC): pahtaya is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by pahtaya for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

All financial transactions on the pahtaya Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: pahtaya accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your pahtaya account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. pahtaya does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before those funds can be withdrawn.
• pahtaya reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within the same business day.

Anti-Money Laundering: pahtaya is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. pahtaya reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), without prior notice to the account holder.

pahtaya offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. pahtaya reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for bonuses.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses.
• Abuse Prevention: pahtaya reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice.
• Modification and Cancellation: pahtaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable terms.

All games available on the pahtaya Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all pahtaya games and betting services:

• Random Number Generation: All casino games on pahtaya use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by pahtaya or any third party.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, pahtaya reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the player's account. pahtaya's decision in such matters is final.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. pahtaya reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
• Disconnection: pahtaya is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues on the player's end during gameplay. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play.
• Sports Betting: All sports bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, pahtaya's decision, based on official results from the relevant governing body, shall be final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pahtaya Platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account blocks;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pahtaya staff or other players through any communication channel.

pahtaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a player's payment provider;
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under pahtaya's Responsible Gaming policy;
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

Upon account termination for cause, pahtaya reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting pahtaya's support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

All content on the pahtaya Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of pahtaya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pahtaya Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the Platform;
• Use any pahtaya trademark, logo, or brand name without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of pahtaya's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pahtaya, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform;
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes resulting from technical malfunctions;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

pahtaya's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pahtaya account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pahtaya's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

pahtaya is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pahtaya players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the pahtaya Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.
